New York Guitar Lessons

The guitar is a great instrument for both kids and adults, and is truly the most accessible instrument for everyone. I find a good age to begin guitar lessons is about age 7 or 8, although it doesn’t really hurt to give it a try at a younger age to see if a child might be ready. Conversely, it really isn’t too late to learn the guitar if you’re and adult student either.
We will create a lesson plan to unlock your potential and open new doors and avenues for your playing. I have my BM in Music Composition, and teach guitar, bass, and drums/percussion.
In my guitar lessons you will learn chords, scales, notes, how to read sheet music, music theory, rhythm and lead guitar skills, and most importantly how to have some fun playing your favorite songs!
